Bragg Gaming Group just executed a strategic maneuver in the North American sector by purchasing Spin Games for a hefty $30 million. This follows closely on the heels of Bragg obtaining a Pennsylvania permit last month – talk about impeccable timing!
With the agreement finalized, Bragg is moving swiftly to leverage Spin Games’ existing infrastructure in the US digital gaming landscape. They have ambitious goals to deploy a suite of new, exclusive online casino material – some developed internally and some through partnerships – specifically crafted to captivate American and Canadian players. Furthermore, they aim to introduce their current European casino offerings to the North American market.
Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, exudes optimism, stating they are poised to capture a significant portion of the US market, commencing with their online casino content and advanced game optimization technology.
Adding to the momentum, Spin Games’ founder and CEO, Kent Young, a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise in the North American gaming industry, will assume the position of President of Americas at Bragg. He will spearhead the expansion of Bragg’s footprint and execute their growth plan in the US.
Prepare for Bragg’s initial wave of exclusive titles, including games like “Egyptian Magic,” “Fairy Dust,” and “Paradise Ticket,” alongside a plethora of other engaging games from their collaborating studios. These will be hitting the digital market starting in the third quarter of this year.
The primary launch will occur on their remote game servers (RGS) in Connecticut, Michigan, and New Jersey, with intentions to broaden into Pennsylvania soon after.
Slot machine developer and distributor Spin Games is expanding its reach. Already operational in markets like New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the company is preparing to enter new jurisdictions.
A senior executive at Spin Games, Mr. Young, expressed enthusiasm for the company’s prospects. He cited their advanced technology and compelling game library as key advantages that position them for success in the US and Canadian markets.
